Booking & Policies

Appointments are booked online directly through Cali. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and start on your design. Deposits go toward your total service cost.

Please arrive on time. A 15 minute grace period is allowed; after that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a new deposit might be required.

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Deposits are forfeited for no-shows or late cancellations.

For everyone’s safety and comfort:

• No extra guests unless approved.

• Please eat before your appointment.

• Avoid alcohol 24 hours prior to your session.

• If you are feeling sick or have a fever, please reschedule.
